How do I use my rewards points?Updated 6 hours ago
To redeem your loyalty rewards:
- Sign in to your ALCO account. Your rewards, points balance, and rewards history are available on your Loyalty Program page.
- Choose the reward you'd like to redeem. A unique discount code will be generated for you.
- Copy your discount code and enter it in the Discount Code field at checkout.
- Click Apply before completing your purchase.
Please note:
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
- Reward points are earned 14 days after your order is delivered, once the return window has passed.
- If an order is returned or refunded, any points earned from that order will be removed from your account.
- Points expire after 6 months of account inactivity.
- Purchases made using the same email address will still earn points, even if you weren't signed in at checkout.
Before you redeem your points
When you redeem points, our system converts them into a unique discount code. Once a code has been generated, the points used to create it can't be combined with points redeemed later.
If you're saving up for a larger reward, we recommend waiting until you're ready to place your order before redeeming your points.
Birthday Rewards
You can earn a birthday reward by adding your birthday to your Loyalty Rewards page before your birthday.
