Using your store credit is easy! Your available balance will automatically appear at checkout as long as you're signed in to the same customer account that received the credit.

If you don't see your store credit, here are a few things to check:

• Make sure you Sign In using the same email address that received the store credit.
• Continue all the way to the checkout page. Your available store credit will appear there and can be applied to your order.
• If you have multiple email addresses, double-check that you're using the correct one.
