How do I track my order?Updated 5 hours ago

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Signing in to your ALCO account, opening your order, and selecting the tracking link.
  • Using the Shop app, if you checked out with Shop Pay.

Please note that tracking updates aren't always immediate. It's very common for shipping carriers to delay scanning packages, even after they've received them. In some cases, your package may already be on its way before the tracking information begins updating.

If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, we recommend allowing a little more time for the carrier to process additional scans.

If you still have concerns, please contact our Customer Support team. We'll always do everything we can to help. However, once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we don't have access to any additional tracking information beyond what's available to you. If more information is available, the shipping carrier will be able to provide the most up-to-date details.
