My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated 5 hours ago

We know how frustrating this can be. Occasionally, a package may be marked as delivered before it actually arrives. In many cases, it will be delivered within the next 24–48 hours.

While you wait, here are a few things we recommend checking:

• Look around your delivery location, including porches, side doors, garages, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or other safe places where your package may have been left.
• Check with neighbors, your building management, front desk, or anyone else who may have accepted the package for you.
• Confirm that the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
• Review your tracking information for any delivery notes left by the carrier.

If your package still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, here are the next steps:

• Contact the shipping carrier directly, as they may be able to provide additional delivery information.
• If you purchased Package Protection at checkout, you can submit a claim through our Package Protection Claims Portal through Seel.
• If you still need assistance, please contact our Customer Support team. We're happy to help however we can.

Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ALCO is unable to guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost or stolen packages.
