We're sorry your order wasn't quite right.
If you received the wrong item, you can request an exchange or refund through our Returns Portal.
- Start a new return request.
- Select I received the wrong item as the reason for your return.
- Upload a photo of the item you received for our Customer Support team to review.
Once your request has been reviewed, we'll waive the return shipping and handling fee for approved claims.
If you'd like to receive the correct item, you can choose an exchange (subject to availability). If you prefer, you can also return the item for a refund in accordance with our return policy.
