We're sorry your order didn't arrive in perfect condition.
Occasionally, items can be damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, you can request a replacement, exchange, or refund through our Returns Portal.
- Start a new return request.
- Select My item was damaged as the reason for your return.
- Upload a photo of the damaged item for our team to review.
Once your request has been reviewed, we'll waive the return shipping and handling fee for approved damaged item claims.
If you'd still like the same piece, you can choose an exchange (subject to availability). If you prefer, you can also return the item for a refund in accordance with our return policy.
