We stand behind the quality of every piece we create.

Our jewelry is designed to be worn every day, and while issues are uncommon, we're always here to help if something isn't quite right. If you experience a problem with your jewelry, simply reach out to our customer support team with your order number and a few photos of the piece. We'll be happy to take a look and help however we can.

Every request is reviewed on a case by case basis, taking into account things like when the piece was purchased, the nature of the issue, and the overall condition of the jewelry.

At ALCO, we care deeply about our community and always want you to love your jewelry. While every situation is unique, we'll always take the time to review your request and do our best to find a solution.

Please note that warranty requests do not apply to issues resulting from circumstances outside of normal product performance. If you're ever unsure whether your piece qualifies, we encourage you to reach out. We're always happy to help.
