If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible.
Within 15 minutes of placing your order
You can cancel your order yourself by clicking Edit Order on your order confirmation page or in your order confirmation email.
After 15 minutes
Once the self-service editing window has closed, our team may still be able to cancel your order if it hasn't entered the packing process.
To request a cancellation:
- Start a chat with our Customer Support team using the chat icon on our website (fastest option).
- Or email us with your order number and cancellation request.
We'll do our best to cancel your order, but we can't guarantee cancellations once an order is being prepared for shipment.
If your order has already shipped
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If your order is eligible, you can request a return after it has been delivered.
