We know you're excited to receive your order, and we're just as excited to get it on its way. Here's everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and protect your order.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

We aim to pack and ship orders placed before 12:00 PM EST the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During holidays, collection launches, sales, and other high-volume periods, fulfillment and carrier transit times may take longer than usual.

Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options at checkout, including Standard, Express, and Overnight shipping for U.S. orders.

Free Standard Shipping is available on U.S. orders of $150 or more.

International shipping is available to select countries. Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been fulfilled and reflect transit time only.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

You can also track your order by signing in to your ALCO account or through the Shop app if you checked out with Shop Pay.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Package Protection

At checkout, you'll have the option to add Package Protection to your order.

Package Protection covers eligible lost, stolen, and damaged packages and allows you to quickly submit a claim through our Package Protection Claims Portal if something goes wrong during transit.

If you choose not to purchase Package Protection, ALCO is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
